ARIA's four ballrooms bring intimate design elements into play in the expansive, pillar-less space.
The Bristlecone Ballroom, located on Level One, is 51,560 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3". It can divide into 10 sections ranging from to 2,040 to 17,135 square feet. Two loading docks are adjacent to the Bristlecone Ballroom and the vehicle ramp leads directly to the 18 x 14' freight door.
The Pinyon Ballroom is also located on Level One. It is 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3"and can divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. A 10' x 14' door provides convenient access for freight and vehicles.
The location of the Pinyon Ballroom, directly across from the Bristlecone Ballroom, creates a combined area for product display and programs on a flow basis of just under 90,000 square feet of space.
The Ironwood Ballroom is located on Level Three. It is 38,300 square feet with a ceiling height of 24'3" and can divide into eight sections ranging from 1,968 to 11,600 square feet. It features a 10' x 10' door for freight and vehicle access. Megavators near the Level One dock can transport equipment and vehicles to the third level.
All three ballrooms have fully functioning theatrical stages of approximately 70' x 36', or 2,650 square feet. Extensive catwalks enable rigging for special lighting and banners. Power boxes are located in the floor, ceiling, and side walls.
The Juniper Ballroom is located on Level Three and is 20,275 square feet. It can be divided into two, three or four sections, ranging from approximately 3,500 to 6,500 square feet with a ceiling height of 20'.
Vehicle access is available to the Level One and Level Three promenades.
